Knowledge Is Power!
Training For Results!
As a community mentor and product of several leadership programs, Lonnie R. Bridges Sr. became concerned that there were no pathways to prepare youth to be effective leaders within both mainstream society and their respective cultural groups. By engaging youth and adults in age-appropriate analysis of leadership and culture, we position them not only as leaders in their own communities, but as leaders in the process of changing how we think about management.
